Services and Pricing

The following is a list of our services and pricing.

Standard Acupuncture

Standard customized treatment. Consultation, acupuncture, and other modalities such as moxibustion, cupping, gua sha. Depending on complexity or severity of the case some treatments may go over the scheduled  treatment time. If this is a concern please let us know

INITIAL TREATMENT: In the initial treatment, which last 1-1/2 to 2 hours, our acupuncture sessions include a thorough evaluation and intake to determine the Root Diagnosis or Root Cause of the body's disharmony and manifesting complaints. Based on this Root Diagnosis, I will pick points in the body to balance out and harmonize this root disharmony. Because this is a full service treatment, I may also recommend oriental food therapy as well as other suggestions to assist in the maintenance of the body's harmony.

FOLLOWING VISITS: In the following visits, I will assess where you are in your progress, and make tailored adjustments to your treatments as you continue to progress.

Seasonal
Tune-up

For healthy patients who want to keep themselves balanced. Special acupuncture treatments are offered 5 times during the year to help the body adapt to seasonal shifts.

August: Late Summer is associated with the Earth element, the Spleen and Stomach organ systems, and is an excellent time to balance digestion and lymphatic functioning. (The Earth element is involved in all 5 element transitions and so all treatments will involve balancing this important element.)

September: Fall belongs to the Metal element, the Lung and Large Intestine organ systems, and ideal for increasing immunity and balancing respiratory issues.

December: Winter relates to the Water element, the Kidneys and Urinary Bladder organ systems, and the time to balance hormones, urinary functioning, and stamina.

March: Spring is associated with the Wood element, the Liver and Gallbladder organ systems, and is excellent to balance liver/gallbladder toxicity, depression/anger, and strengthen healthy drive.

June: Summer is associated with the Fire element, the Heart and Small Intestine organ systems, and is a prime opportunity to balance circulation, anxiety, and creativity.
